Make it a clean fight!

When one decides to engage in arguing, remember there are always various dynamics at play. The results of these dynamics can either be positive or negative. Nevertheless, there are much that can be learned through arguing.

Couples, friends, and families should spend time learning how to argue fairly. There are simply certain things that should not be stated during any argument. Such as, name calling, negative self-esteem comments and words of intimidation.

Learn how to stay on topic, even if it seems that your point wasn't as valid as you thought and seek to steer all missiles away from getting personal.
